5. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to remove any product from our website at any time and not to restock it.

6. Orders are delivered by DANCASSAB and delivery times will depend on the delivery location, ranging from 20 to 30 business days.

7. Delivery will be considered complete upon signature of receipt by the purchasing user or the person receiving the order at the indicated address.

8. If delivery cannot be made, your product must be returned to our physical store. You can contact us either by email at info@dancasaab.com or by phone at 55 78 01 00 03 so that we can inform you of the times and method of collection of your products from the store, if applicable, or to find out the new estimated delivery date. Shipping is free of charge.

9. DANCASSAB does NOT accept returns; however, you may exchange merchandise for a different size or model within seven calendar days from the date of purchase, presenting the proof of payment through the website or the proof of purchase made directly in the store. The item to be exchanged must be sent by courier or delivered to our physical store located at Monte Athos 155, Virreyes, Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City, Mexico, 11000. To make the exchange, DANCASSAB will examine the condition of the product to verify that it is returned in the same condition in which you received it. If this is not the case, the exchange will not proceed.

10. If the item chosen for exchange exceeds the cost of the item originally purchased, the difference must be paid. If the replacement garment is of lesser value, DANCASSAB will credit the customer for the difference for future purchases, which will be valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

11. DANCASSAB's liability in relation to any product purchased on our website or in our physical store shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product purchased.

All intellectual property rights related to DANCASSAB, including but not limited to copyrights, designs, trademarks, and other rights to the materials or content published on the website www.dancassab.com, are owned by DANCASSAB or those who have authorized their use. To make use of any of the aforementioned materials, you must submit a written request to DANCASSAB.
