How Your Leather Jacket Gets Made

0
Sourcing the Material

Everyday we receive dozens of different leathers that come from various places, a specialist in the matter chooses only the ones that will suit best, once they have been chosen they are washed and cleaned in a special machine.

1
The Cutting Department

Once the leather is clean, they proceed to doing what's called the Cutting, leathers are put together like a puzzle so they match and then they are cut to the exact measure.

2
The Stitching Process

After cutting the pieces they are assembled and then stitched by hand, every piece and every jacket is a unique and extraordinary work done by Mexican artisans.

3
The Finished Product

The final part depends on each piece, some are hand embroidered, others have chains or are hand painted at Dan Cassab we make sure that our costumers are satisfied and happy with their extraordinary jacket for which we have a team that supervises each piece for the quality to be perfect.

Only the perfect raw material produces the perfect leather jacket.
